Why listen to Jim Fleck?

See Jim wasn't someone who had managed to do things the easy way.  He had learnt his skills through hard core experience.  Figuring out more ways not to do things than you and I could probably think up.

Having worked in the corporate world he has also done things pretty tough.

He showed us a photo of where he was living when the cards were down.  And personally I would not send our cockroaches to live there.  It was a 100 square foot apartment that was situated in the basement of a building that looked like it should be  demolished let alone letting people live in it.

But Jeff was a little lucky.  He had done a deal with the landlord so he did not have to pay utilities (power, water, gas).  And then every night they would climb the ladder and hook into the cable that they had spliced from the neighbour so they could watch free HBO.

But this was all before Jim Fleck had learnt Jeff Paul's magic formula.

Since learning Jeff Paul's formula he has sold millions of dollars worth of product over the internet.  Jim has managed to make over 4 million dollars in less than 7 months.  He has over 62 web sites that are ranked in the search engines and has even had one campaign that he put together in 2 hrs make him over $600,000USD.

If you wonder why he doesn't do more, well it is a bit like Paul McCartney.  Sell Paul, even though he has made millions from the Beatles and still makes loads via various royalties, still manages to make albums.  He does it because it takes him hardly any time at all.  Paul McCartney can write an album and produce it in just a couple of days.  And Jeff Paul is just like him.

He leverages his time and does what he loves.  He puts together packages to sell in just a couple of days and then continues to rake in the money whilst on the golf course or spending time with his family.  In January 2006 he managed to put together a campaign that netted 1.4 million dollars.

So why listen to him?  Because he has been doing this for a long time and he knows what he is doing.  He was in the computer industry before they even had bulletin boards so you can start to imagine how old he is.  He was one of the first people to put a sales letter on the web.  And to get traffic to it he had to advertise in a magazine because there was nowhere to advertise online.
